They'll have to be careful how the Alliance does the schedules
If ND/USC would count as the ACC game for USC, it effectively removes USC from the Alliance scheduling with the ACC. If ND is considered in the Alliance, but not the ACC, then it takes USC twice as long to rotate thru the B1G and ACC...which seems more likely to me. But if ND is considered an ACC game for anyone in the Alliance, then ND's take for the game should go into the ACC till for conference distribution.
The corollary of the ND counting as an Alliance game is that logically Clemson, GT, Louisville, FSU, Pitt, PSU, Iowa and anyone else with an annual P5 rivalry outside the Alliance also gets to exempt a game from the rotation, as well as the games with ND. And that's going to significantly cut into the revenue model for the Alliance.
